- Your computer may temporarily store copies of materials in RAM incidental to your accessing and viewing those materials
- You may store files that are automatically cached by your web browser for display enhancement purposes

The Site may contain information about proprietary technology, including but not limited to our MaxFelaser systems, thorium-based power generation methods, and related innovations. This information is provided for informational purposes only and does not constitute:
- An offer to sell or license our technology
- Technical specifications sufficient to replicate our systems

- Permission to use our confidential information

- Your User Contributions
- Your violation of any third-party rights, including intellectual property rights
13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or related to them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Massachusetts, without giving effect to any choice or conflict of law provisions.
Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms will be brought exclusively in the federal or state courts located in Massachusetts, and the parties irrevocably consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue there.
14. Arbitration
Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Site shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the Commercial Arbitration Rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitration shall take place in Massachusetts. Judgment on the award may be entered in any court having jurisdiction.
Notwithstanding the above, we may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect our intellectual property rights.
15. Class Action Waiver
YOU AND LPS AGREE THAT EACH MAY BRING CLAIMS AGAINST THE OTHER ONLY IN YOUR OR ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING.
16. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Site immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Site will immediately cease.
All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.
17. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the validity, legality, and enforceability of the remaining provisions shall not be affected or impaired.
18. Waiver
No waiver by LPS of any term or condition set out in these Terms shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or condition or a waiver of any other term or condition.
19. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the sole and entire agreement between you and LPS regarding the Site and supersede all prior and contemporaneous understandings, agreements, representations, and warranties, both written and oral, regarding the Site.
